Locked down in their workshop in Beirut, Lebanon, the artists Stéphanie Saadé and Charbel-Joseph H. Boutros share their respective readings, assembling the page of a book on the childhood of Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben on the left, in which we learn that playing is the remedy for the stretch of time, and on the right, the page of a work dedicated to the Japanese architect Sou Foujimoto (who had designed the scenography and presented his works at Center Pompidou-Metz during the exhibition Japan-Ness back in 2017), on which we see an iconic house of the architect, which does not create a difference between interior and exterior, between public and private, a house where solitary confinement does not exist.
