La Voile Blanche Extend your artistic discovery at the restaurant ‘La Voile Blanche’ which offers visitors a gourmet break in elegant surroundings. Inspired by kaleidoscopes, architects Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku have designed a space using glass panels. Playing on reflections and the perception of images, this theatre of illusions is offset by the curved shape of the two-petal chairs.
This dazzling space includes a dining room, a bar and two terraces, and is managed by Jean-Marie Visilit. The chef of the Grange de Condé, a renowned establishment located twenty kilometres from Metz, has chosen to add a contemporary touch to his regional cuisine of fresh produce from the local markets. There’s a menu for everyone, ranging from business lunches in the dining room to snacks in the stylish bar.
Open daily from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays and Sunday evening.
