The Centre Pompidou-Metz’s policy regarding its publics is at the heart of the institution’s cultural project with its aim of becoming a place of discovery and life for all.

The Centre Pompidou-Metz’s policy regarding its publics is built around two main lines:

  • diversify publics by a concern with all socio-professional categories (private individuals, families, schools, tourists, seniors, groups, the disabled, the socially disadvantaged, associations, companies, etc.). The Centre Pompidou-Metz’s aim is resolutely didactic: to make modern and contemporary artistic creation accessible to all and thus win over new publics;

  • encourage loyalty of publics and allow visitors to appropriate the site by regular visits to the Centre Pompidou-Metz. As such, mediation is one of the establishment’s priorities, and clear, varied information media are set up to ensure optimum legibility of the artistic proposals.

The Centre Pompidou-Metz’s price policy is the only one of its kind in France for temporary exhibitions, and is based on the desire to make modern and contemporary artistic creation accessible to the greatest number by proposing the following prices:

  • adjustable ticket fare based on the number of exhibition spaces open at the Centre Pompidou-Metz on the day of your visit. : 7 € / 10 € / 12 €

  • free admission for the under 26.

These prices are proof of the Centre Pompidou-Metz’s desire to commit to a generous and accessible policy regarding its publics. Its vocation is to attract all publics (private individuals, families, schools, tourists, seniors, groups, the disabled, the socially disadvantaged, associations, companies, etc.).
